How long does an order take to process?
Typically, orders ship out within 3-5 business days from the order date. However, some orders may take up to 4 business days to process. Please note, Saturday, Sunday, or holidays are not included in business days. Due to Covid-19, we are experiencing a slight delay in order processing. Orders may be subject to a delay and require an additional few business days to process.
We work hard to ensure all orders are delivered in a timely manner. Please keep in mind, the delivery dates are only estimated provided by the shipping provider. On rare occurrences, packages may arrive outside of the estimated time frame shown.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes, however, every item we carry has a bit of a different fit. You can find the most accurate sizing when choosing your size for each product.
How do I change or cancel my order?
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an edit or cancellation of an order. Editing is approved based on inventory availability and is not guaranteed. In some cases, orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time of purchase and cannot be canceled once a tracking number is issued. If you need to put in a request please do so immediately by calling Customer Service as orders can be shipped the same day of purchase.
I have two coupon codes, can I combine them?
Coupon codes and/or promotions cannot be combined or applied to the same order.
What happens if I forget to apply my coupon code?
Unfortunately, we are unable to manually apply a discount to an order once it’s placed. However, the code can be applied to a future order if it is still valid.
Why isn’t my coupon code working?
Accuracy: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout.
Expired Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid.
Eligible Items: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code.
Unique Codes: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used once.
How do I track my package?
Your tracking confirmation is sent via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received an email, please be sure to check your spam folder.
I placed my order, why I haven’t received a confirmation email?
You should’ve received an order confirmation instantly after placing the order. If haven’t received an email confirmation, be sure to check your spam.
I placed an order, but there hasn’t been any movement in the tracking?
Most orders leave our shipping warehouses within 48 business hours after the order is fulfilled (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). In super rare instances, we may run out of popular items while processing your order. To avoid canceling your order, it will be held until the item is available and your order is fulfilled. If this is the case, I will send you an email notifying you of the delay.
Why has my order been canceled?
It is rare that your order will be canceled. However, if you do receive notification of your order being canceled, it may be one of the reasons below:

The item(s) ordered are unavailable to ship and do not have an anticipated restocking date.

The billing and shipping addresses on your order do not match and you’ve either failed to provide verification or your documents for verification have not been approved.
If your order has been canceled and refunded, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your banking statement.
